Clear oversight, with clear boundaries.

AI Assure helps organisations understand and manage AI use without collecting what people write into AI tools.

What is recorded

A record of the service, never the conversation.

When someone uses an AI tool, AI Assure records which service it was, on which device, when, and what the policy decided.

It is designed not to intentionally capture prompts, typed content, uploaded files, AI responses, or screen content. What people write stays outside the monitoring view.

A straightforward summary

Designed for oversight, not surveillance.

Service-level reporting

The agent reports supported AI applications while running or installed, and visits to supported AI websites at service or domain level. Records show the device, time, and policy outcome.

It is designed not to intentionally capture prompts, typed content, uploaded files, AI responses, or screen content.

A Windows agent with no remote access

The agent supports 64-bit Windows 10 and 11. It only makes outgoing HTTPS connections to AI Assure. We cannot connect in to a device or control it remotely.

When offline, the agent keeps applying its last cached policy. It installs only AI Assure's own published updates.

Data held in the UK

AI Assure runs on our own servers in our UK data centre. The providers that support the service are listed on the Subprocessors page.

Two-step sign-in

Every customer and administrator account uses two-step sign-in to protect access to its workspace.

Open with the people it covers

Staff can see what AI Assure does.

Nothing happens silently on the device. People can see the AI policy that applies to them, why something was blocked, and exactly what is and is not reported.

A blocked AI website explains itself in the same browser tab, naming the service and your organisation. Nothing is sent to the blocked site.
A blocked AI app is closed, and a notice on screen says why.
The AI Assure window, opened from the tray icon, shows the policy, recent blocks, and what is and is not reported.

Drawn from the Windows agent, with sample names. "Ask IT for access" appears when your organisation sets who staff should contact. A company owner can hide the tray icon.
