Platform overview

Six parts. One clear picture.

From the agent on each device to the reports your leadership reviews, every part of AI Assure has a defined job, receives only what it needs, and shows you something useful.

On each device

Endpoint agent

What it does
Runs on the Windows devices you choose to enrol. It only connects out to AI Assure: there is no remote access to the device. It identifies supported AI applications while they run and when installed, records supported AI websites at service or domain level, applies the device's policy, and checks in on the company schedule. The default is 15 minutes, configurable from 5 minutes to 2 hours. If a device goes offline, it keeps enforcing its last cached policy. The agent installs only AI Assure's own published updates.
Information it receives
The policy that applies to the device, based on its company, site, department, and any device-level rule.
What you can see
Device name, operating system, agent version, last check-in, site, department, current policy, status, and supported AI applications installed on the device.
Blocked pages and notices
A blocked AI website shows a page explaining the block in the same browser tab, using a certificate unique to the device and used only for blocked AI websites. A blocked AI app is closed and a notice appears on screen. A company owner can choose to open the website explanation in a new tab instead, without the certificate.
Tray status
An optional AI Assure tray icon opens a window showing whether the agent is working, the organisation's AI policy, recent blocks, and what is reported about the device. A company owner can hide the icon and set who people ask for access in company settings.

Built with boundaries

Designed to be trusted by the people it covers.

Service level, not content

Reporting describes which AI service or website was used. It is designed not to capture prompts, typed content, uploaded files, or AI responses.

Works offline

Devices keep enforcing their last cached policy when disconnected, then report in again at the next check-in.
