This policy applies to customers, administrators, and users of AI Assure. It supports the Terms and Conditions.
Use the service lawfully
Use AI Assure only for legitimate organisational oversight and administration. Follow applicable privacy, employment, data protection, and monitoring laws. Give staff and other affected users the notices and information required for your use of the service.
Protect access
- Use accounts only for the people they were created for.
- Keep passwords, recovery codes, and reset links private.
- Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
- Use only devices and systems that your organisation is authorised to manage.
Do not misuse the service
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to AI Assure, another customer's workspace, or its infrastructure.
- Do not disrupt the service, probe it in a way that affects other users, or upload malicious software.
- Do not use the service to unlawfully monitor, discriminate against, or harm people.
- Do not use AI Assure to collect content that the service is designed not to capture, including prompts, typed content, uploaded files, or AI responses.
Policies and staff communication
The customer is responsible for choosing appropriate policy settings and communicating them to its staff. This includes obtaining authority to install the agent, configure local filtering and, where enabled, trust the device-generated block-page certificate. Do not use the monitoring records as proof of a person's intent without considering the signal and its limitations. AI Assure records service or domain-level activity and policy outcomes to support review; it does not decide whether a particular use is appropriate for a customer's workplace.
Response to misuse
We may investigate credible reports of misuse and restrict access where reasonably needed to protect users, the service, or legal rights. Where practical, we will contact the account owner and explain the issue.
