Why AI Assure exists
AI use needs clear rules and useful evidence.
People can adopt AI tools before an organisation has a chance to review them. AI Assure gives teams a practical view of supported AI use and a way to apply their own policy across enrolled Windows devices.

How we work
Practical oversight, clear limits.
Service level, not content
The agent is designed not to intentionally capture prompts, typed content, uploaded files, AI responses, or screen content.
No remote access
The Windows agent only makes outgoing connections to AI Assure. We cannot connect in to or control an enrolled device.
Two-step sign-in
Every customer and administrator account uses two-step sign-in.
Customer-led policy
Your organisation chooses which devices to enrol and which AI tools to approve or block.
Evidence you can review
Reports show AI service activity and policy outcomes, with audit history for policy changes.
