What counts as an active agent?
An active agent is the AI Assure agent installed and enrolled on one Windows device. You choose how many agents your subscription covers, and each is billed at the price per agent shown above, plus VAT.
Can I start with one agent?
Yes. There is no minimum quantity.
Is there an annual plan?
Billing is monthly. An annual plan is not currently offered.
What happens if I add or remove agents during a month?
Changes to the number of agents apply from your next billing period, and the portal shows the new monthly total before you confirm. Nothing is prorated: the current period stays as it is.
How do I pay?
Each month you receive an invoice by email, in advance for the month ahead. Any account credit is taken off first, and the rest is collected using the payment method shown at sign-up. You set up payment on our payment provider's secure page during sign-up. AI Assure does not store your card or bank details.
How are prices set?
Prices are set per agent. When prices depend on how many agents you have, every agent is charged at the price for your total number of agents. If prices go up, we email existing customers at least 30 days before the increase applies to them. Lower prices apply from your next billing period.
